Leadership and Decision Making: Getting the Right Answers to Everyday Problems
Should we invest? Do we change the company brand? How can we measure our success?
Decision-making is a primary function of leadership, and too many decisions are made based on faulty assumptions and gut feelings.
In this training, attendees will learn to identify the influences on our own decision-making process, how to avoid flawed logic and fallacies, and learn tactics to accelerate their own problem solving skills.
Participants will join Jay Johnson in exploring the best practices used by leaders in corporate, nonprofit, and government sectors alike!
